### Recipe Details Serves 8. ### Ingredients - [ ] zucchini, 5 medium - [ ] dill, 1 package minced - [ ] parsley, handful minced - [ ] green onions, one bunch sliced thin - [ ] garlic, 3 cloves minced - [ ] nutmeg, pinch - [ ] feta, 1 cup crumbled - [ ] eggs, 3 beaten - [ ] flour, ¾ cups - [ ] salt and pepper to taste ### Directions 1. Grate zucchini, salt generously, let sit in strainer while preparing other ingredients (see below) 2. Mince dill, parsley, garlic and slice green onions finely. Add to large bowl with eggs, feta, and nutmeg and mix. 3. Remove the water from the zucchini - e.g., with a ricer or cheese cloth or your hands. 4. Add zucchini to mixture then mix with flour, salt, and pepper. 5.
