### Recipe Details Serves 6-8. ### Ingredients - [ ] [[mom’s spaghetti]] sauce - [ ] 4 medium zucchinis - [ ] pizza mozzarella for melting ### Directions 1. Make one batch of [[mom’s spaghetti]] sauce in advance. 2. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Halve the zucchinis lengthwise, then cut them into lengths of about 4 inches - each zucchini will make about 4 boats. Hollow these out with a spoon. Filling can be added to the sauce or reserved for another dish if desired. 3. Arrange the empty boats in a 9x11 baking dish and fill with red sauce. Bake for 30 mins.
